1. Introduction

Follow the Boot is a youth art contest organized by Lynn Main Streets and Lynn Walking Shoe TOURS, designed to encourage creative participation from young individuals in the Lynn community. The contest invites participants to design a boot (or pair of boots) inspired by the city’s identity and history.
